"Wonderful"
This was the perfect location. My sister and I had a dinner reservation at Tupelo Honey in Market Square before a Henry Cho comedy show at the Bijou. After the show, we went up to Five-Thirty for a nightcap and dessert, which was lovely and delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable, the beds were very good, and the temperature was easy to adjust. Breakfast was very good, with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, fresh fruit, and coffee. We were very pleased with our stay and will certainly return to the Hyatt the next time we stay in Downtown Knoxville.

Although an older building, the hotel is attractive on the inside. Easy check-in. The location is fantastic if you want to be downtown and close to dining / entertainment. Easy drive to the University of Tennessee. Surprising quiet for a downtown hotel except for slamming doors early in the morning. Breakfast was ok but no great. Skip the Starbucks and hit up the local coffee shop (Coffee and Chocolate) which is a 10 minute walk. Also, pass on the $40 valet parking and park free in the garage behind the hotel.

Room was comfortable and clean. Great breakfast. Location was in a very good area to tour the city and check out the many good dining options. The upstairs bar area looked liked a great place to gather - very busy due to events in town and football game on TV, so we didn't get to go in. Next trip.

Location is perfect. Right in the center of Knoxville, near theater and public garage. By the way, on weekends garage is free of charge, but quite overloaded.

nothing went well. there was a fire at the location and we were never informed prior to check-in. neither the hotel or booking.com was at all helpful.

It was our anniversary trip, we planned to stay at the hotel and enjoy the rooftop bar the first night. It was closed for a private event. They wouldn't even let us go enjoy the rooftop seating. I had a choice between Hyatt and Embassy. Wish I'd went with Embassy. At least they would have had a comfortable bed. Hyatt beds are HORRIBLE!

It was awesome! The staff was wonderful the only thing I didn’t like was the parking. It was just me and my daughter so we had to carry/pull our luggage from the near by parking but it was on the weekends and it was free I heard you had to pay through the week. Over all I would stay there again beautiful hotel and the staff ❤️
